Part of the Association pour la Connaissance des Techniques de l'Antiquité par l'Expérimentation 's work is in the reproduction through authentic means of the material necessary to carry out their experiments. Members of the group shared their knowledge of the art of making a safety pin (fibule) with the public at the Nyon Roman Museum on 12 September 2004,

for the Swiss Journées de Patrimoine (Heritage Days).
